June 9, 2020
Alert Level 1
New Zealand has now moved to Alert Level 1. All operations at Victor are now back to normal and we are making good progress at working through the backlog of work that built up during the lock down period.

Alert Level 2
New Zealand has now moved to Alert Level 2. All staff are now back on site and business is returning to normal.
April 28, 2020
Alert Level 3
All factory staff are now back on site with special shift arrangements and physical distancing inititatives in please to minimise risks of future Covid outbreaks. Office based staff continue to work remotely.

Alert Level 3 Startup Plan in Place
The NZ government has announced that the Covid-19 Alert Level will move from Level 4 to Level 3 on Tuesday the 28th of April. Plans are in place to enable Victor Hydraulic Cylinders to continue with production safely under Alert Level 3 restrictions.
We understand that all of our customers will have been impacted in some way by the Level 4 restrictions that have been in place for the last 4 weeks. If you have urgent product requirements required to get your business back up to speed, please call or email us with your requirements so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Shutdown Plan in Place
Victor are committed to supporting the NZ Government move to Covid-19 Alert Level 4. As of Midnight on Wednesday the 25th of March, 2020 our production facility is closed until Thursday the 23rd of April, at the earliest. Administration, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Planning staff have been set up to work remotely from home. Normal methods of communication (email, phone) remain in play with minor adjustments made to adapt to the situation.
Should products, service or manufacturing work is required to support Essential Services, plans are in place to ensure that this can be supported safely. If you have urgent requirements that can be supported with appropriate Essential Services documentation, please contact:

Planning for Shutdown
The NZ government has advised that the Covid-19 Alert Level will move to Level 4 at Midnight on Wednesday the 25th of March, 2020 and remain in place for at least 4 weeks. Victor will implement business continuity plans, and do everything possible to support and promote adherence to the restriction on movement imposed. Hence our production facility will be closed from Thursday the 26th of March until Thursday the 23rd of April, at the earliest. Administration, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Planning staff have been set up to work remotely from home. Uncertain Times...
The Covid-19 outbreak and spread is unfolding rapidly before us. The situation is changing rapidly and we are seeing communities, businesses, and government agencies taking action to understand are work to mitigate the potential effects on the lives of so many around the world.
